Awareness
A necessary skill for anyone’s growth. The practice of ‘self awareness’ is easier said than done. This feat is desired by many but successfully attained by few. Those who do, deliberately practice self reflection and are willing to traverse into the mirky waters.
By the same token, an ideal ‘team culture’ is not easily attained, requiring individuals that courageously practice self reflection.
Exploration
The willingness to lay bare and explore our deeply evolved values. These conscious and unconscious values motivate us and steer our decisions and life direction.
Many are unaware of their true core values. Not to be confused with morals, values are neither ‘good’ nor ‘bad’. Teamed with an ever developing self-awareness, exploring our true core values results in a more intentional and fulfilling life.
Motivation
Passion does not necessarily equate motivation or success. Nor does a lack-there-of accurately reflect otherwise. Motivation occurs when we willingly or unwillingly devote out time and energy toward an outcome.
When aligned with our values however, we witness how even the most mundane tasks can compliment our values. Hence, self-motivation becomes easier, providing more satisfaction in daily responsibilities.
Fulfilment
Maintaining momentum and exploring further oppotunities for growth occurs more frequently when we are able to implement healthy self-management strategies. It is within our nature to adapt so we are better prepared for future surprises and challenges.
The more comfortable we become with adaptation, the more we experience contentment. We search for that sweet spot, somewhere between complacency and distress.
Coaching & Consultations
Successful coaching consists of more than just exploring one’s potential and achieving success. The right coach should help shape an action plan that draws upon evidence based psychological practices which are aligned with helping you evolve into your authentic self, rather than the ideal self. Whether you are an executive, entrepreneur, parent or partner, Peter’s skill is in empowering you to live out your authentic self, leading you toward a personally fulfilling life or career that attracts the right people and opportunities.
Peter appreciates that the quality of relationship you have with your coach is essential.
